Learn how to delete your account and remove all your personal data from Social Boost Pros.

Account Deletion Process

You have complete control over your data in Social Boost Pros. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time through the following methods:

Method 1: Self-Service Account Deletion

Through Your Dashboard:

  1. Log into your account at socialboostpros.com
  2. Go to Settings from your dashboard menu
  3. Click on "Account Settings"
  4. Scroll to "Danger Zone" section
  5. Click "Delete Account"
  6. Confirm deletion by entering your password
  7. Click "Permanently Delete My Account"

⚠️ Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to export any data you want to keep before proceeding.

Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access your account or prefer email support:

Send an email to: privacy@socialboostpros.com

Required Information:

  • Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  • Your registered email address
  • Your full name as registered in the account
  • Reason for deletion (optional)
  • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete all data

Before You Delete Your Account

Before deleting your account, you can export your data:

Alternative Options:

Instagram Account Disconnection

If you only want to disconnect your Instagram account without deleting your Social Boost Pros account:

Option 1: Through Social Boost Pros

  1. Go to Settings → Connected Accounts
  2. Find your Instagram account
  3. Click "Disconnect Instagram"
  4. Confirm the disconnection

Option 2: Through Instagram

  1. Go to Instagram → Settings → Security
  2. Click "Apps and Websites"
  3. Find "Social Boost Pros"
  4. Click "Remove" to revoke access

Verification and Confirmation

After processing your deletion request, you will receive:

  • Immediate Confirmation: Email confirming we received your request
  • Processing Update: Email when deletion begins (within 7 days)
  • Completion Confirmation: Final email confirming all data has been deleted
