Getting Started

How do I connect my Instagram account?

Go to your dashboard and click 'Connect Instagram Account'. You'll be redirected to Instagram to authorize our app. Make sure you have a Business or Creator account.

What type of Instagram account do I need?

You need an Instagram Business or Creator account. Personal accounts don't have access to the Instagram Graph API that powers our analytics and scheduling features.

How long does it take to see results?

Most users see improved engagement within 7-14 days. Significant follower growth typically occurs within 30-60 days of consistent use.

Account & Settings

How do I change my subscription plan?

Go to Settings → Billing to upgrade or downgrade your plan. Changes take effect immediately, and billing is prorated.

Can I disconnect my Instagram account?

Yes, go to Settings → Instagram and click 'Disconnect Account'. This will remove our access to your Instagram data.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Content Scheduling

What file types can I upload?

We support JPG, PNG, and MP4 files. Images should be at least 1080x1080px for best quality. Videos can be up to 60 seconds long.

Can I schedule posts to multiple accounts?

Pro and Agency plans support multiple Instagram accounts. Each account must be connected separately.

What happens if a scheduled post fails?

Failed posts are automatically retried up to 3 times. You'll receive an email notification if all attempts fail.

Analytics & Insights

How often is analytics data updated?

Analytics data is synced every 6 hours. You can manually refresh data by clicking the sync button in your dashboard.

What metrics do you track?

We track followers, following, posts, likes, comments, saves, reach, impressions, profile views, and hashtag performance.

Can I export my analytics data?

Yes, Pro and Agency plans include CSV export functionality. Go to Analytics → Export Data.

How do you find trending hashtags?

We analyze millions of Instagram posts to identify hashtags with high engagement rates and growing usage patterns.

How many hashtags should I use per post?

We recommend 8-15 highly relevant hashtags rather than the maximum 30. Quality over quantity leads to better engagement.

Can I save hashtag groups?

Yes, create and save hashtag groups for different types of content. This makes scheduling faster and more consistent.
